Do you provide decorating services or just rentals?

We most definitely can provide decorating services. A consultation prior to booking rentals is highly recommended so we work together to give life to your vision. 

I need an item that you do not have in your inventory, can you help?

If there is an item we do not have in stock we like to use our network of event vendors to try and get you that item for a sub-rental price. Just let us know what you are looking for.

What kinds of events can you assist with?

Throughout the years Fantastic Events has assisted with a variety of different events including weddings, showers, galas, proms, graduations, engagements, work functions, community events and more! 

What can I expect from my event consultation?

Your first consultation is FREE and is designed to get to know you and what you are envisioning for your event. In order to have the best possible experience we encourage our guests to bring pictures, colour samples or even a mobile Pinterest board so we have a chance to share ideas and discuss budget options.

How far in advance should I book my rentals?

Sooner is better than later when it comes to rentals in large quantities, especially if we are approaching the summer season. However we do operate on a first come first serve basis so we can be quite flexible when it comes to bookings. Keep in mind if you wish to “hold” a large quantity of items for a future event date a deposit may be required.

What is your cancellation policy?

We request a minimum of 2 weeks notice for the cancellation of rentals and decorating services. If short notice is given deposits made at the time of booking may not be refunded.

What kinds of payment do you accept?

Cash, interact E-transfer and business cheques are all acceptable forms of payment.

What happens if I break/damage/misplace a rented item?

Once items are delivered to the renter it is their responsibility to ensure they are taken care of. Damaged or lost items will result in the renter being financially responsible to cover the cost of replacement/repair.

How far do you deliver?

While this varies depending on the number of items rented and the distance of the destination, most deliveries in Port Alberni have standard delivery fees. Delivery to other cities or rural locations will be negotiated with the renter at the time of booking.
